P90X Base Reviews

Works well for certain goals
Alicia who used P90X Base revealed in her review that you have to figure out what your goals are at the onset to see if this workout program is the right option for you. According to her, it’s perfect for women and those who want to lose weight and build lean muscle. But it’s certainly not a strength building program. She wanted to get in better shape and this weight based program with high impact cardio worked quite well for her. However she adds that if you are not into fitness, then it might be difficult to sustain it for three months.
Well designed, but can be tricky for some
Michael who reviewed P90X Base revealed in his review that since there are different disks with targeted programs, it can cater to various goals people have. He was happy to get the insight from experts, which helped him immensely. He is of the opinion that the program can be great for everyone who wants to lose weight. But the heavy lifting suggested for men can get tricky if you are not used to bodybuilding techniques. There are not enough instructions for it either and that can be dangerous.
