According to her, it’s perfect for women and those who want to lose weight and build lean muscle. But it’s certainly not a strength building program. She wanted to get in better shape and this weight based program with high impact cardio worked quite well for her. However she adds that if you are not into fitness, then it might be difficult to sustain it for three months.

He was happy to get the insight from experts, which helped him immensely. He is of the opinion that the program can be great for everyone who wants to lose weight.
