  2. where can I purchase the lazer christmas lights locally in stores?

  3. I know this is not part of this articles companies, but I purchased 3 star showers that lasted 2 weeks. Fortunately Wal-Mart took them back. I ended up purchasaing lights from a company I found on Google and YouTube with very good reviews. http://www.spectrumlaserlights.com. I have to say, very impressed. Their prices are a little less than laser Christmas lights, and their customer service and response time was spot on. I’ve used these all year. Never will buy a star shower again. Spectrum Lights are heavy duty solid built and very powerful. Just my 2 cents.

    Hello
I bought 3 boxes of star shower off the TV. I should’ve cancelled as the gentleman tried to get me to. Well I believe I bought them 11/4. Well I was told you were having trouble on the east coast and the West Coast..
So!! I paid in full not in payment. I also.told him we decorate the day after christmas. Had I known I could’ve purchased them from a.local store or even our grocery store I would’ve said sure send my money back. Even a manager called me and told me they always listen to calls. Told me to send them back. Wow this is really how you do business. I said I want the product. I was told I would rec. them in 3-5 days. This had been over 2 wks. Finally got them tues b4 thanksgiving. Now my problem is which is not told that there were green lights than.red. I mean there maybe 10 red lights. So that it didn’t look so bad!! Why did I have so many problems? There was a man in line in front of us and it took everything in me not to tell him he might not want to buy that unless he only wants green lights…needless to I won’t buy them at all in the future. But it doesn’t mean I won’t say to ppl not to buy ur product. In good faith you should talk to ur manager. And you should make it right for an unhappy customer for a very very bad experience.

  8. 1) a competent review would have included links to the manufacturers’s websites.

    2) did any of you try Googling the product name?

where can I purchase this item.

  10. I am concerned about the safety of this device. It does not say what the laser emissions are.I have blind dog,I don’t need a blind cat.

  11. Would like to know how much hydro do these lights use

  12. I have owned 4 of the Star Shower units in the past month. They are absolutely worthless. One was defective when I received it (no functioning red) laser. The other three have failed in the same manner after only a few days use (the red side goes out or loses significant power and focus). I have ordered replacement units from Laser Christmas Lights. The Star Shower units are impressive at first, if they work, but they clearly came to market without being time tested. I am ordering the replacement Laser Christmas units because they seem to have a much better time tested reputation and much brighter displays.

  13. Can other colors be purchased for other holidays?

  14. I’ve had Laser Christmas Lights brand since last year. Love them. Wanting to get their new RGB model. Problem is the company is small and usually cannot keep up with the demand for them. If you are lucky enough to get an order in, you won’t be disappointed.

    • Hi,
Where did you get your Laser Christmas Lights brand.
There seem to be a lot of knockoffs around but I prefer to get a brand that someone has good service from.
      Thanks
      Ron

      • Alot of knock offs use the same housings as LCL brand. I know LCL has authorized re sellers in Canada, UK and Australia but I do not know the websites. I was unable to get their Moving RGB model. They all sold out in like one hour last week after being listed. I’ll just buy them after the new year when things slow down. Still got plenty of Christmas’s to go! 🙂
