Reviews: Simply Fit Board vs Spooner Freestyle Board vs Spooner PRO Board vs Kick Flipper
Simply Fit Board
People who bought Simply Fit Board have given positive reactions since they found it to be as good as it looks in its advertisement. Most of them find Simply Fit Board perfect to perform supplemental cardio workouts with. Some of the users have also appreciated its proficiency as a muscle toner.
However, a customer has said that though Simply Fit Board is a fabulous sports board, one needs to be careful about which surface it is used on. When he used it over laminate wood over carpet it seemed fine initially, but after a few attempts, the carpet started wearing away. he says that excessive use of Simply Fit Board over floor can also cause damage to it. Using it on floor with tiles can be risky as one can slip on it.
Another customer has reported a similar experience though he’s added that using Simply Fit Board on carpet isn’t as risky as using it on floor. Yet another customer who tried using Simply Fit Board on wooden floor says that he had to place a pad under it to use it to make it work, but it got dreary so he quit.
Simply Fit Board, according to most customers, however, is rather uncomplicated as it doesn’t hurt the knees nor seems difficult. They advise beginners to first get the grip and balance by holding on to something and then proceed gradually. They say that trying it on a carpet is a better bet.
As for losing weight with the help of this board, one needs to actively combine cardiovascular exercises with it. Doing that, they say, can also strengthen the core. Switching over to a healthy diet and adding more workouts is also needed to get desired results.
Simply Fit Board, as per feedback given by other customers, is good enough mostly for people who are already familiar with using sports boards. Its instructional video isn’t regarded very effective, so it’s pure trial (hopefully without error) that’d work best. That means using it appropriately to ensure there’s no stress on the knees or mishaps.
Spooner Freestyle Board
One of the customers who sent her feedback has stated that Spooner Freestyle Board is not a very impressive sports board because of its price. She says it’s only suitable for kids who need it for practice and not for experienced people. She says that though the video of Spooner Freestyle Board is informative and helpful, it simply tries to entice a person to buy it, which isn’t for professionals. She’s totally disappointed with the experience she’s had with Spooner Freestyle Board.
Spooner Freestyle Board, according to several others who purchased it, is just pricey and that too for a piece of plastic. They think that it isn’t even able to function properly, at it doesn’t slide or glide properly on snow. Some have even complained that Spooner Freestyle Board doesn’t even work that well on carpets, grass or dirt.
Another customer has said that though the quality of Spooner Freestyle Board is good it slides only on smooth surfaces and rarely on snow.
One customer who bought Spooner Freestyle Board for her kids has said they aren’t too excited about it; they couldn’t perform all the tricks they wanted to with it. She now thinks Spooner Freestyle Board is good only for occasional non-athletes. On a cold or rainy day, it may be helpful for kids to ride on Spooner Freestyle Board at home and learn balancing. But, it’s basically good mainly for beginners and not very useful for someone who’s a pro at board sports.
Spooner Freestyle Board, however, has also got positive feedback from people. One board sports enthusiast who’s used Spooner Freestyle Board says he finds a good balance control experience with it and is quite happy with it. He’s kept Spooner Freestyle Board in his garage and finds it useful on rainy days. But it does not slide smoothly on hardwood floors and also needs a lot of space to move around on it.
One more customer says Spooner Freestyle Board has helped him learn balancing on it. He uses this board almost daily in the park around him and also almost everywhere around, right from grassy slopes to bark covered hill and even his living room. He says Spooner Freestyle Board is great if one wants to try daring stunts and at the same time is perfectly safe for kids 5 years and above.
Spooner PRO Board
About this sports board, a customer who bought it says his kids were very excited while buying Spooner PRO Board, but now they don’t play that frequently with it. They don’t follow the instructions and play as they want with it. He says he won’t blame his kids as Spooner PRO Board seems more suited to experienced users; the tag PRO seems to hint just that.
Quite a few of others echo the same view. For instance, a buyer has advised that the Spooner Freestyle Board is better handed over to kids only when parents are around and helmets are given along with it. If kids are in the learning stage, there’d be a risk that kids may feel dizzy after a spin or fall down.
Some customers have complained that the manufacturers haven’t provided the instruction kit along with the board. They were able to find it on You Tube.
Still, Spooner PRO Board has received positive response also. A customer who procured it recently says that those who like the art of balancing will find it very cool. He does, and so does his whole family as they like playing with it. However, he says that Spooner PRO Board is not that good on the snow.
