Compare Cleaning: Nutribullet Balance vs Nutribullet Rx

Nutribullet Balance Cleaning
• Rinse blades (and cups) immediately after use to prevent debris from drying and sticking to vessels — if necessary, use a dish brush to loosen any debris.
• Hand wash only with mild dish soap and room temperature water (not hot).
• Dry immediately.
• For tough debris, fill the cup ½ full with warm (not hot), mild soapy water. Then, simply twist on the blade, pop it on the base and give it a run for 30-45 seconds. Follow up with a quick brush.
• Do not put the blades in the dishwasher as elevated temperatures can damage gaskets. Simply hand wash with warm, mild soapy water.
• The Nutribullet Balance cups can be washed on the top rack of the dishwasher using the normal (not sanitize) cycle. The Nutribullet Balance cups and blades should not be immersed in boiling water for any reason as this will warp the plastic and damage the gasket.
• When washing blades, do not attempt to remove the gasket ring. Simply hand wash the blades in warm, mild soapy water. Attempted removal of the gasket may permanently damage the blade configuration and cause leakage.

Nutribullet Rx Cleaning
• After making a NutriBlast or SouperBlast, the blade must be cleaned immediately.
• Always unplug power base and depress the power button prior to cleaning, assembling or disassembling.
• Never submerge the power base in water or place it in the dishwasher. Wipe off any debris inside the power base immediately to keep it in good working order.

Compare Speed Settings: Nutribullet Balance vs Nutribullet Rx

Nutribullet Balance
It has a single speed setting but can be used in 3 different techniques which are:
Pulse Technique – when you want to make foods such as chunky salsa, or coarse chopped onions, the Pulse technique is key. Pulsing takes a tiny bit of getting used to, but once you get a feel for it, you’ll be a Pro in no time!

Shake Technique – Sometimes, if you over fill the cups with ingredients or don’t put enough water, the results can increase the density of the mixture. This makes it hard for the ingredients toward the top of the cup to make it down to the blade. If some of your ingredients are having a hard time making it down to the blade, simply use the Shake technique.

Tap Technique – For really stubborn ingredients that are clinging to the side of the cup instead of being recirculated into the cutting zone, simply use the Tap technique.

Nutribullet Rx
It has a two speed setting:
NutriBlast Mode – The power button light will glow BLUE, signifying power. Next, place the cup blade-side-down onto the power base. This will activate the Nutribullet Rx’s SMART Technology function, causing the G-Button at the front of the unit to glow GREEN, and initiating the 1-minute extraction cycle.

SouperBlast Mode – Press the GREEN G-Button down for 2 seconds until it glows RED. This will indicate that SouperBlast Mode has begun. The unit will run in SouperBlast Mode for about 7 minutes before automatically turning off.

The settings can be used in 2 techniques:

Compare REVIEWS: Nutribullet Balance vs Nutribullet Rx

Nutribullet Balance REVIEW

Nutribullet Balance is loved by almost all of the customers, the results are quite satisfactory. It has a very simple, easy to use interface. The motor is so powerful that it easily grinds up ice cubes and frozen items. This unit weighs out ingredients, in real time, as you add them to the blending cup. This is indispensable for the calorie/macro counters out there, as it will also give you an accurate nutritional breakdown for your creation.

Though the blender works well, the app needs lot of development as it does not sync with myfitnesspal or fitbit and also is only able to track generic ingredients said one of the buyer in the review. There are a lot of new products that come with the “latest and greatest” tech, but very few products really change the game in the way that the NutriBullet Balance does.

NutriBullet RX Review

It did not impress the customers as much the earlier products of Nutribullet did. Though the blender has better features it somehow did not fit well with the customers expectations. The product is said to leak a lot. It has very loud noise and will vibrate off the counter hence too much power.

The gaskets comes off the container. The leaking issues requires you to use the supplied wrench to super tighten the blades before blending. Even the storage lid has problems coming off. It does a good job blending and liquefying, but the blades heat up the juice. This leads to an unbelievable vacuum in the storage container when you place it in the fridge. One of the reviews stated the motor burned out after a few uses. Many of the buyers actually bought blenders of another brand of their choice and also recommended others the same.
