Ab Rocket Twister REVIEW

The Ab Rocket Twister can be useful to a person with the height of 4 feet. For a person with a height greater than 4 feet it is not very convenient to use. The back support does not hold your weight. It falls backward to the floors but this is not what is shown in the TV ads. It is not very comfortable to use and the “resistance” does not work very well.

The Ab Rocket Twister is not a recommended product. There is not enough padding in the seat and after about 10 set ups it becomes very uncomfortable. Not designed for a person over 130 lbs. The side handles are very loose are not designed to comfortably dismount from the seat. They are also much more flimsy than the original design.

The Ab Rocket Twister is made of cheap quality. It may turn you over and tip back with you in it. If you are pretty nimble, it can work for you but you could just do some sit ups and get the same effect. It tilts back when doing abs even with back support engaged. There is not enough tension to work well.

It is just not comfortable to use, the rollers are awkwardly placed and the seat is too hard on your tailbone. It is not so sturdy for a workout.

The Ab Rocket Twister is suitable for normal to moderately overweight individuals. Would not be a good choice for anyone very tall, big or overweight.

 

Ab King Pro REVIEW

The Ab King Pro is not the genuine AB KING PRO. It is a cheap fake. The quality of this Ab King Pro is so poor.

The back board supporter with two rollers with a metal rod broke and came out. It is not welded properly and is made with soft material. May last for as little as 9 months and the welds split on both sides making it impossible to use anymore. The Ab King Pro is a total disappointment and a complete waste of money.

The Ab King Pro does not give you a great AB workout. You could get a better AB workout by standing up from a couch 5 times a day. If you have any sort of back issue, this product will make it worse, even if it’s the slightest back issue. It would be better to get a good old fashion decline bench if you insist on an AB exercise.

The Ab King Pro is not designed for serious work-outs. The metal is not strong enough and will break because of the cheap quality. You are better off using other equipment for faster and more effective results. This equipment may last for 4 months before breaking.

The Ab King Pro comes in a brown box and not the original packing. The holes don’t align properly so a 5 minute job may take over an hour of pushing and pulling. The screws may fall out from underneath the seat.
